Zenergy Stage 2: Generating Collective Intelligence is a 5 day training programme based on The Essence Facilitation by Dr Dale Hunter
Building on the foundation of Zenergy Stage 1 you will take your facilitation skills to a deeper level by exploring the distinctions of facilitation and how to generate them when they are missing so that the group ‘gets unstuck’ and moves forward to achieve its purpose. We will explore 12 key distinctions and may discover more as we work together. When we work effectively with these distinctions we can generate collective intelligence.
A group can face common challenges such as, caught in a loop covering the same old ground, being unable to agree, have challenging power dynamics, working too slow, not speaking up, lacking energy and not achieving results.
Zenergy Stage 2 will take your practice to a deeper level. You will leave with an enhanced toolkit and the skills and confidence to generate collective intelligence. You will feel energised about the future and confident and clear about your next steps as a facilitator.
What you will learn
Have fun exploring the 12 key distinctions of successful facilitation: purpose and culture, safety and trust, being with and intimacy, powerful listening and speaking, intentionality, power-with, fearlessness and ruthless compassion, emotional competence, intuition, completion, affirmation and celebration, authentic community.
Gain a new appreciation for the questions “What’s missing right now in the group?” and “How do I generate what’s missing to keep the group moving forward to achieve its purpose and a great result?”
Work with the energy of the group and learn how to shift levels quickly.
Implement group processes appropriate to meeting the group purpose and maintain a balance between task and process, and individual and group needs.
Recognise and interrupt patterned behaviour including sabotage.
Work with distress in yourself and others.
Recognise and work with collective intelligence outside the “classroom".
